Colin has worked in the building industry for the majority of his working life. He has also spent 28 years specifically in the design field. Colin has been working with Crown as our Architectural Designer for the past year. Due to having a keen interest in sustainability and energy efficiency, Colin recently became a qualified Energy Assessor.

Colin’s passion for the industry started at a young age – every after school job he had was working with either builders or architects. To see a building go from design sketches on a rough piece of paper to a finished building being lived in, gives Colin a great deal of satisfaction.

Outside of work, Colins enjoys riding motorbikes, both on-dirt and road. He also has a great love of horses from training to riding to camping in the high country with them. Colin and his wife have a small property where they live with their horses, chooks and a dog.
